ICC World Cup 2019 | We couldn't deliver when it mattered: Rohit,

TRENDING NEWS

The leading ICC World Cup winner, Indian freshman Rohit Sharma,
acknowledged that his team failed to compete when it was most
important after the 18-minute defeat from New Zealand in the
semi-finals on Wednesday (July 10). However, Rohit thanked the
fans for their support throughout the Twitter tournament.

“We could not play as a team when it mattered, yesterday there
were 30 minutes of bad cricket, and this deprived us of the
chances for the cup. My heart is heavy, as I am sure that you
have too. The support outside the home was incredible. Thank
you all for painting most of the British blue wherever we play,
”Rohit wrote.
